ORDER

The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 14.06.2021 for the offence under Sections 341, 294(b), 307, 506 (ii) of I.P.C. in Cr.No.439 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner is alleged to have attacked the defacto complainant. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in the case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that there are 26 previous cases as against the petitioner. 5.Considering the fact that there are 26 previous cases as against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
