Writ Petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the respective affidavits filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other writ or direction directing the respondent 1 to 3 to remove the encroachments in the "Cinaaru" Salaipudhur Village, Senjeripuduthur Post, Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore District-641 671 in pursuant to the petitioner representation dated 12.10.2021 (WP.No.14771 of 2022) Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.MUTHAMIZH SELVAKUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.J.RAVINDRAN, Additional Advocate General Assisted by MR.A.SELVENDRAN, Special Government Pleader for the 1 to 3 Respondents, the court made the following order:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that cost, as directed by this court, would be deposited in the Registry, today. Office is directed to accept it, as there is a delay in deposit. In view of the above, let the cost be deposited with the office and the receipt shall be produced before the Court Master, during the course of the day.

In case the receipt is not produced in the course of the day, notice would be issued on the petitioner as to why contempt proceedings may not be initiated.
