2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the averments made in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions and being satisfied with the reasons assigned therein, these petitions are allowed. Consequently, Rev.Appl.Nos.83 and 84 of 2018 are restored.

4. The Registry is directed to list Rev.Appl.Nos.83 and 84 of 2018 on 20.02.2026.
