O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the present writ petition, seeking to quash the proceedings of the third respondent dated 23.09.2011.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the impugned order was passed debarring the petitioner from the college for the academic year 2011-2012 and that he would be allowed to re-join the same course for the next academic year 2012-2013. As such, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous. Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition, to be adjudicated.

3. In view of the above said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the College authorities, if he is further aggrieved. Consequently, the connected M.P is closed. No costs.
