The present criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to investigate upon filing a FIR for the complaint dated 31.08.2015 and to take appropriate action against the second respondent.

2. The petitioner herein lodged a complaint as against the second respondent in respect of land dispute between them. Though the said complaint was given C.S.R.No.126 of 2015 on 12.10.2015, there is no progress in the investigation of the case. Hence, the petitioner has filed this Criminal Original Petition.

3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the enquiry in C.S.R.126 of 2015 has been conducted and the same has been closed.

5. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, as the equiry has been conducted in C.S.R.No.126 of 2015 and the complaint given by the petitioner has already been closed, nothing survives in this petition and hence this petition is closed.
