ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the 1st respondent herein, who in turn shall issue necessary direction to the 3rd respondent police to take appropriate action as against the 5th respondent herein on the petitioner's representation dt.19.01.2026 made to the 3rd respondent on the basis of the petitioners representation dt.28.01.2026 submitted to the 1st respondent in person.

2.Mr.R.Ganesh Kumar, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner is not cooperating for the enquiry.

3. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the 3rd respondent is hereby directed to conduct an enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 19.01.2026, after issuing notice to the petitioner and to the 5th respondent, and to dispose of the same, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
