This petition has been filed to to call for the records and quash the F.I.R and all further proceedings in Crime No.163 of 2017 on the file of Inspector of Police, Wellington, Nilgiris District.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that enquiry has been conducted in Crime No.163 of 2017 and the 1st respondent completed investigation and also filed the final report and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.53 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2020 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Kunnur. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition become infructuous. 3.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
