This petition is filed to bring on record the proposed respondents namely K.A.Nazreen Banu, K.N.Ahmed Zaki Ameen and K.Ahmed Shaik Fahad as the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent viz., S.K.Nizamuddin and rank them as respondents 9 to 11.

2.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

3.Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment and post the appeal on 25.10.2021.
