PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 4th respondent relating to the Resolution dated 01.09.2015, to quash the same and issue consequential direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to give

appointment to the petitioner on compassionate grounds, consequent on the death of her father Thiru.Seetharaman demised in service as Jewel Appraiser in Kadaiyampatti Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit Society.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mrs.P.Kavitha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. She has also sent a letter dated 25.11.2021 to the Registry to that effect.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and in view of the letter dated 25.11.2021, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
