CMP.No.10668 of 2021 in A.S.No.294 of 2013 G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN. J, This petition has been filed to grant leave to the petitioner/appellant to amend the name of the Appellant Company in the Memorandum of Grounds of Appeal as "Chemplast Cuddalore Vinyls Limited"

instead of "M/s.Chemplast Sanmar Limited".

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petition is ordered as prayed for.

3. Registry is directed to number the condone delay petition, set aside the abatement petition and to bring on record the legal representative petition, if it is otherwise in order and post the Appeal Suit along with the Civil Miscellaneous Petitions.
