This application has been filed to permit the learned Official Liquidator to transfer the available amount in the account of M/s.B and C Tech Services Ltd to Reserve Bank of India in undistributed asset account in terms of Section 555 of the Companies Act, 1956.

2. Considering the submissions made by the learned Official Liquidator and in view of the fact that though the amount is lying for over a long period of time, no one has come forward to make any claim, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

3. Accordingly, this application is ordered as prayed for. The learned Official Liquidator is permitted to transfer the available amount in the account of M/s.B and C Tech Services Ltd to Reserve Bank of India in undistributed asset account in terms of Section 555 of the Companies Act, 1956.
