ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to withdraw the case in Crime No.801 of 2021 on the file of the 2nd respondent and transfer the same to CB-CID or any other competent agency and file final report in accordance with law. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though FIR in Crime No.801 of 2021 has been registered on 23.07.2021, the 2nd respondent Police did not investigate the case properly.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that it is a case of chain snatching by the unknown persons. During investigation, CCTV footage has been collected near the scene of occurrence and the accused will be apprehended as soon as possible. 4.In such view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent Police to expedite the investigation and take steps to apprehend the accused and file the final report. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
