2.It is the grievance of the petitioners that the respondents are attempting to dispossess them without following due process of law and hence a direction may be issued to the respondents not to evict the petitioners from the premises in question, without following due process of law. 3.Considering the limited prayer sought for, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to evict the petitioners without following due process of law.
