JUDGMENT
The learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the application for custody of minor son. At the time of filing the petition, he was 10 years old, he was born on 21.11.1996. When the matter was taken up today, the learned counsel would submit that the boy is 21 years of age and has attained majority.
2. Since, the minor has become major nothing survives in this petition and the learned counsel for the appellant has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is closed as nothing survives in this matter. No costs.
