Writ petition Nos.17426 to 17429 of 2014 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to allot one M.B.B.S seat to the petitioner based on the marks obtained / rank list in a special category (orthopedically/physically disabled) for the academic year 2014-2015.
