By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2.The petitioner, who is 100% visually impaired and the first generation graduate, sought for admission in L.L.B (Hons.) Course in the respondent University. The total marks obtained by the petitioner is 58.07% and the minimum required marks is 60%. According to the petitioner, the marks obtained by her is more than that of the eligibility criteria prescribed for SC/ST and NRI candidates and pointing out the special categories, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 09.07.2015 to the respondent to consider her case. Having received the same on 16.07.2015, which is evident from the acknowledgment filed in the typed set of papers, the respondent has not taken any steps to dispose of the same. Hence the present writ petition.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. 4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.07.2015 in each and every aspect and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
