JUDGMENT
Counsel for the appellants seeks further time for taking steps for the deceased parties. However, this court is not inclined to grant any further time. Furthermore, it is seen that despite several indulgence, the appellants had not endeavoured to take any steps in bringing the legal heirs of the deceased parties and proceed with the matter in accordance with law and hence, there is no purpose in keeping the appeal further pending.
2. In the light of the above position, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition, if any, is also closed. s/d- Assistant Registrar(CS VIII) True Copy Sub-Assistant Registrar https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
