This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 227 days in representing the appeal papers.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the appellant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) as cost directly to each respondent, within a period of two weeks from today".

3. On such payment and proof, Registry is directed to number the second appeal, if it is otherwise in order.

4. Post the matter on 24.07.2023 for reporting compliance.
