(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) This matter is taken up for being mentioned at the instance of the learned counsel for the respondents.

2. Mr.P.S.Raman, learned senior counsel appearing for the respondents, submitted that in paragraph 5 of the order, an impression is given as if the respondents have conceded for the petitioner to take part in the tender and it is now sought to be clarified that, only if the Court considers and permits the petitioner to take part, he can be allowed to participate. The learned senior counsel also submitted that the last date for submission of tender has been rescheduled to 05.05.2023 and this may also be incorporated in the order.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner on the above submissions.

4. Considering the above submissions, the Registry is hereby directed to correct the last sentence in paragraph 5 by including the words "if directed by this Court" after the word "participate". Similarly, in the last paragraph of the order, after the second sentence, the sentence that "It is now brought to the notice of this Court that the last date for submission of the tender has been re-fixed as 05.05.2023" shall be incorporated.

After making the above corrections, the Registry is directed to issue a fresh order copy.
