The Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order passed by the IV Additional District Munsiff Court, Coimbatore in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in 2/6

O.S.No.3049 of 2013 dated 25.03.2024 dismissing the application filed by the petitioner/plaintiff seeking impleadment of the Revenue and Registration Officials namely respondents 3 to 8.

2. The petitioner herein filed a suit for declaration of his title and for mandatory injunction directing the 1st defendant-Lakshmi to clear the cloud over his title in respect of the suit property.

3. Pending suit, the petitioner filed an application to implead the 2nd respondent and the same was allowed. Now, the instant application has been filed to implead the Official Respondents mainly on the ground that the 1st respondent is making attempt to change the revenue records in her favour and try to dispose the suit property.

4. If the petitioner apprehends that the private respondents made attempt to change the revenue documents in their favour and try to alienate the property to third parties, it is for him to file appropriate injunction application against the private respondents in the present suit. However, the petitioner is not entitled to seek impleadment of Revenue Officials and Registration Officials in the suit between the private parties. Therefore, the 3/6

presence of Officials Respondents are unnecessary to decide the controversy in the case and the apprehension expressed by the petitioner can be addressed by filing appropriate application against the private respondents.

5. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed. 17.12.2025 Index : Yes / No Speaking order : Yes / No : Yes / No dm 4/6
