This writ petition has been filed to issue a Mandamus, to direct the respondents to receive the examination fee to write the arrear examinations to be held in August 2017 and permit her to write the supplementary examinations without demanding break fees.

2.However, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that after filing the writ petition, the petitioner had paid the fee and written the examination and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
