Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records pertaining to Addendum dated 3.4.2023 to notification No.34/2023 dated 1.3.2023 issued by the 1st and 2nd respondents and quash and further direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to issue a corrigendum providing for a further relaxation of two years for the category "Practising Advocates/Pleaders/assistant Public Prosecutors other than SC, ST, OBC" (including persons with disabilities) and consequently, extend the last date for application for the post of Civil Judge (by direct recruitment in Puducherry Judicial Service). ORDER

2. Recording the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn . There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.13518 and 13519 of 2023 are closed.
