ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to revise the selection list of Group I Preliminary Examination which was published by the second respondent on 09.02.2021 and comply the order of the Hon'ble Division Bench of Madras High Court in W.P.(MD)No.8025 of 2020 dated 22.03.2021 and subsequently, allow the petitioner to participate in the main written examination of the 2nd respondent's Notification No.01/2020 dated 20.01.2020.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is Page No.2 of 4

closed.
