This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 411 days in representing the second appeal.

2. Mr.G.Ashokapathy, learned counsel for Pass Associates entered appearance on behalf of the first respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the petitioners/appellants are directed to pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the credit of "Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court of Madras", on or before 08.08.2023".

4. Post the matter on 14.08.2023 for reporting compliance.
