Letter dated 18.09.2015, circulated by Mr.T.N.C.Kaushik, learned counsel for the petitioner, to the Registry, reads as follows: "Sir, Ref:W.P.No.25901/2015 (M/s.Employees Insurance Corporation Vs. Rajesh and others) In the above matter the 1st respondent was reinstated into service since the Dismissal order was set aside by the Appellate Authority. Hence, the writ petition has become infructuous. In view of the above, the matter may be posted for "withdrawal" so as we can seek the permission of the Hon'ble Court for Withdrawing the above Writ Petition and oblige."
Mr.T.N.C.Kaushik, learned counsel also made submissions for withdrawal and requested that permission be granted for withdrawal.
2. Recording the same, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
