(CRIME NO.554 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant 15 days further time to the petitioner to execute the bail bond in pursuance of the bail order of this court Crl.M.P.2725/2022 dated 03.03.2022 in Crl. OP.No. 1236 of 2022 dated 21.01.2022 and pass such other further orders as may be necessary and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S. MAYILNATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 03.03.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.2725 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.1236 of 2022 to execute the bail bond.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to execute the bail bond as ordered by this Court, on or before 24.06.2022, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.
