Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted for the condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.8,00,000/- (Rupees Eight Lakhs Only) before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Salem to the credit of Crime No.1 of 2021 by 30.06.2021 finally in Crl.M.P.No.5044 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.4944 of 2021 order dated 15.06.2021.
