(Made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) The matter has been passed over once and called for the second time at 1.30 p.m. On both the occasions, none appeared for the petitioner.

2. We have perused the petition. The petitioner seeks to raise an issue about the construction of school premises. As to the validity of construction, the competent authority will look after. In the given facts of the case, we are not inclined to entertain the public interest litigation in respect of the subject matter.
