This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl OP No.7591 of 2023 dated 06.04.2023 to appear before the Inspector or Police, North Beach Police Station, every day at 10.30 a.m., until until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
