The present Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking to grant leave to prosecute the above criminal appeal against the judgement of acquittal dated 11.03.2024 made in C.C.No.125 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Pollachi.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed and leave is granted to the petitioner to prefer appeal.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
