This WMP is filed to substitute the petitioner herein in the place of the deceased sole writ petitioner viz., S.A.Syed Massod Mowlana and rank them as the Petitioner Nos.2 to 6 in the above W.P.No.10817 of 2015.

2. This Court is not satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition.

However, in order to give opportunity to the legal heirs of the petitioner and to prosecute the matter, this WMP is ordered as prayed for.

3. Registry is directed to number the W.P.No.10817 of 2015 if the same is otherwise in order and list before this Court and carry out necessary amendments in the cause title and list on 15.02.2024.
