Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that to report before the respondent police on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m until further orders in the order dated 28/01/2022 in Crl.O.P.No.1820 of 2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S R.NALLIYAPPAN Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1820 of 2022 on 28.01.2022 to appear before the respondent police on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
