Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition(c) imposed in Crl.O.P.No.9989 of 2021 by directing the petitioners to report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 A.M., and 5.30 P.M., for a period of four weeks. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SREEDHAR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 09.06.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioners on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking relaxation of the conditions.
2. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions without fail.
3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioners could be acceded to.

Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 09.06.2021 alone stands relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
