Respondents Prayer : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to give incentive increments as provided under B.P.Ms (FB) No.78 (Secretariat Branch) dated 04.09.1985 with effect from January 2008. ORDER

In view of the order dated 01.10.2022 passed by the respondents, wherein, the petitioner has been granted incentive increments, this writ petition is disposed of as in this writ petition the petitioner's grievance is that he has not been granted incentive increments as provided under B.P.Ms (FB) No.78 (Secretariat Branch) dated 04.09.1985 with effect from January 2008.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions would submit that even though incentive increments were granted, they have not been granted to the petitioner from January 2008, but have been granted only from the year 2018, therefore, he seeks liberty for the petitioner to challenge the order dated 01.10.2022, which has been placed before this Court in the manner known to the petitioner under law.

3. After recording the rival submissions, this writ petition is disposed of in view of the fact that incentive increments have already been granted to the petitioner under the respondents order dated 01.10.2022. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the 2/4

same, if so aggrieved by the said order, in the manner known to the petitioner under law. No costs.
