Since there was no representation for the petitioner on 29.09.2022, the writ petition was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on on the next hearing date. Even on 12.10.2002, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation. Therefore, once again the matter was posted today under the caption 'for dismissal'.

2. Even today i.e. On 18.10.2022, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
