ORDER
Since no adverse Order is passed against the respondents 4 to 1, notice to them is dispensed with. With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

This writ petition is filed to direct the second and third respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.09.2021 with regard to wrong entry made by the second and third respondents to the respondents 4 to 11 herein bearing patta No.217 in respect of Survey No.199/7A measuring 0.57.00 Hectares, situate at Arumbakkam Village, Arakonam Taluk, Ranipet District and by including the name of the petitioner as owner of the property thereon by virtue of the sale deed dated 20.07.1946 with Document No.262 of 2/5
1946 SRO, Arakkonam.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first and second respondents and perused the materials available on record.

The case of the petitioner is that the subject property has been originally purchased by the petitioner's father in the year 1946 and after the death of his father on 06.11.1968, the petitioner was possession and enjoyment of the property without any interference. Whileso, the respondents 4 to 11 obtained patta illegally and unlawfully to the property of the petitioner from the third respondent. In this regard, the petitioner has given a representation to the second respondent on 21.09.2021. But the same has not been considered till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the second and third respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.09.2021 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law after giving notice to the respondents 4 to 11, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/5
