O R D E R
This writ petition is filed to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records from the second respondent relating to the order bearing No.M.R.I./15K/37/72/PPN/A2, dated 28.07.2011 and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to execute the sale deed in favour of the petitioners for the land assigned to them under the order bearing No.M.R.4.57/37/72/Valangai/AA4, dated 30.04.1990 and award costs.
2. While pending the Writ Petition, there is settlement between the petitioners and the respondents 6 and 8 to 12 by the compromise agreement dated 24.09.2021. In view of the above settlement, the joint memo filed before this Court by the petitioners and the respondents 6 and 8 to 12 dated 28.09.2021.
3. Recording the said joint memo dated 28.09.2021, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the compromise agreement dated 24.09.2021 entered between the petitioners and the respondents 6 and 8 to 12. The compromise agreement dated 24.09.2021 shall form part of this order. The respondents 3 and 4 are directed to distribute the land ad-measuring 4.996 standard acres situated at Narthangudi, Valangaiman Taluk, Thiruvarur District in equal shares to the petitioners within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
