When the matter came up for hearing, it is seen that the petitioner filed an application to set aside the ex-parte order and that the application was dismissed by the Court below. Therefore, this Criminal Revision is filed, challenging the order in the main M.C.No.13 of 2018, without challenging the said order of dismissal passed in Crl.M.P.No.19 of 2019 is not maintainable. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and seeks liberty to file fresh revision with appropriate reliefs. 2.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
