ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur in his order in Crl.M.P.No.1051/2015, dated 11.09.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. It is seen that this petitioner was granted bail by the Sessions Court in Crl.MP.No.1051 of 2015 on 11.09.2015 on condition that he should execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties, who should be blood relatives and further condition has been imposed that, further two other sureties should execute a bond for Rs.50,000/- to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Udumalpet and other conditions thereafter. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, out of four sureties, three sureties have executed the bond, of whom two sureties have executed the bond for Rs.50,000/- and one surety, a blood relative, has executed the bond for Rs.10,000/-. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, the petitioner is not able to procure the fourth surety, who should also be a blood relative.

5. Accepting his submissions, this Court directs that the petitioner shall submit a non-relative as the fourth surety, for the purpose of release from the prison. Rest of the conditions imposed by the Sessions Court in Crl.M.P.No.1051 of 2015 shall stand as it is.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
