This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the FIR registered in Cr.No.62 of 2011 on the file of the respondent police, viz., Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch, Land Grabbing Special Cell, Kancheepuram insofar as the petitioner/A3 alone is concerned.

2. Today, Ms.E.Saritha, Sub Inspector of Police, ALGSC, Kancheepuram is present before this Court.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Cr.No.62 of 2011 was completed and Final Report was filed in C.C.No.294 of 2016 before the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur.
