A.No.3421 of 2023 A.No.3421 of 2023 in Arb.O.P.No.40 of 2022 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J By order dated 07.02.2023, substituted service on the fourth respondent was ordered by publication in one issue of English daily "Deccan Chronicle" Bengaluru Edition. This application is filed on the ground that the said order calls for modification because the Deccan Chronicle is not published any longer.

2. The said reason justifies modification. Consequently, the application is allowed by modifying the order to the limited extent that substituted service on the fourth respondent shall be effected by publication in one issue of the English daily 'Times of India', Bengaluru edition, specifying the next date of hearing as 10.08.2023.
