Mr. M.J. Vijayaragavan, learned counsel undertakes to file Vakalat on behalf of the 2nd respondent. Registry is directed to print the name of Mr. M.J. Vijayaragavan as counsel for the 2nd respondent.

2. This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 172 days in filing the appeal CMA SR58586 of 2021.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous petition is allowed as prayed for. However, it is made clear that the petitioners/ Appellants are not entitled for any interest for the delay period, in case the compensation awarded under the impugned award is enhanced by this Court.

4. Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission on 08.10.2021.
