ORDER
The prayer in this writ petition is to direct the respondents herein to consider the representation of the Petitioner Society dated 05.06.2017 and sanction the Teaching Posts to the Petitioner School in accordance with the cadre strength for the standards VI to VIII with financial aid. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner is a Registered Society running a school named Vallalar Arivalayam
Middle School and the recognition of the school was renewed for a period of three years upto 31.05.2019. For sanctioning the Teaching posts, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 05.06.2017. As there was no response on the said representation from the respondents, the petitioner is before this Court.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader (Education) appearing for the respondents.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.06.2017, with regard to sanction of Teaching posts and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
