Order This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to survey the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, in view of the pendency of the civil suit.

2.The petitioner claims that in view of the pendency of the civil suit between the petitioner and the private respondents, the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, cannot be surveyed and demarcated at the instance of the private respondents. The objections raised by the petitioner through this writ petition will have to be addressed by the petitioner to the first respondent as and when any survey and demarcation of boundaries is conducted by the first respondent at the instance of respondents 2 to 7. Necessarily, the first respondent will have to consider the objections raised by the petitioner as disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition and only thereafter, the first respondent shall proceed with the survey and demarcation of the boundaries.

3.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's contentions in this writ petition.

4.Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent. Since no adverse order is being passed against respondents 2 to 7, notice to respondents 2 to 7 is dispensed with by this court. 5.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's objections as raised in this writ petition, which includes the pendency of the civil suit between the petitioner and the contesting respondents and only after giving due consideration to the said objections, the first respondent shall proceed with the survey and demarcation of the boundaries of the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, at the instance of the private respondents, namely 2 to 7.
