This petition has been filed seeking for a direction not to harass the petitioners.

2.When the matter is taken up today, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are accused in Crime No.188 of 2019 on the file of the respondent Police for the offence under Sections 442, 294(b), 323 and 506(i) IPC. She would also submit that in respect of second petitioner, there is also yet another case registered by the same respondent in Crime No.541 of 2019 for an offence under Section 294(b) IPC and that the respondent is searching for the petitioners in connection with these cases and the respondent is not harassing the petitioners.
