PRAYER:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 5 and 6 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.10.2019 and 21.08.2021 respectively and the 5th respondent to cancel the document vide No.2962 of 2019,dated 11.02.2019 and Doc. No.4160 of 2019, dated 22.02.2019 executed by the 7th respondent in a fraudulent manner.
