ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue writ of certiorari to call for the records relating to the order CB/RO-SLM/PDC/S-5/2410356/8F/2024, dated 07.03.2024 passed by the first respondent and to quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel representing first and second respondent has filed copy of the letter dated 01.04.2024 addressed to the Branch Manager, Canara Bank by the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner- II stating that after filing of this Writ Petitioner, the prohibitory order issued against M/s.The Assistant Commissioner, under Section 8F of the Employees's provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 vide order No.CB/SLM/PDC/S 5/2410356/8F/2023 dated 07.03.2024 was revoked. Once the order which 2/4

were challenged under this Writ Petition were already been revoked, the cause does not survive any more in this Writ Petition.
