Crl.M.P.Nos.6573, 6579 & 6576 of 2023 in Crl.R.C.SR.Nos.10099, 10094 & 10097 of 2023 M.DHANDAPANI, J., Crl.M.P.No.6573 of 2023 has been filed to condone the delay of 23 days in preferring a Criminal Revision case in Crl.R.C.Sr.No.10099 of 2023 against the order passed in C.C.No.19 of 2021 by the Special Judge (TNPID) Court, Coimbatore. 2.Crl.M.P.No.6579 of 2023 has been filed to condone the delay of 23 days in preferring a Criminal Revision case in Crl.R.C.Sr.No.10094 of 2023 against the order passed in C.C.No.18 of 2021 by the Special Judge (TNPID) Court, Coimbatore.
3. Crl.M.P.No.6576 of 2023 has been filed to condone the delay of 23 days in preferring a Criminal Revision case in Crl.R.C.Sr.No.10097 of 2023 against the order passed in C.C.No.20 of 2021 by the Special Judge (TNPID) Court, Coimbatore.
4. Mr.B.Kumarasamy, learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection for these petitions being allowed.
5. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and these petitions are allowed.
6. The Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Petitions, if the same is otherwise in order.
