2. Perusal of Death Certificate brings to light that the date of demise of sole writ petitioner is 03.03.2025.

3. Learned counsel submits that as of now, he has no instructions from any legalheirs.

Therefore, captioned Writ Petition and Captioned Writ Miscellaneous Petition abate, the same are disposed of as abated / closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
