This petition is filed for modification to modify the condition that the petitioners/accused shall sign before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders" in Crl.M.P.No.787/2022 order dated 25.04.2022 on the file of Principal District & Sessions Judge, Perambalur. 2.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.787 of 2022 order dated 25.04.2022 on the file of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Perambalur i.e., "the petitioners/accused shall sign before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders" is modified to the effect that the petitioner/accused is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

directed to report before the respondent police as and when required for enquiry, in so far as the present petitioner/A4 is concerned.

4. With the above modifications, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
